The test management interfaces are the interface between the test management tools and the 'other' tools. It specifies the startup parameters and return values of the tools. These are different for each group of test tools. From the test management tool, jobs can be delegated to other test tools.

Since the other tools focus on the test suite and quality of the product, the test management tool can focus on the project. This could be divided into sub-parts as well and interfacing with the overall project and line management tools, but since that is a complete different ball-game, this is left to other enthusiast.
